Membership

Direct membership recruitment, orientation and induction of new members. Engages new members including ensuring effective sponsorship, first committee assignment(s), and initial efforts in Program Chair and Sergeant -of-Arms roles. Monitors member participation and ensures retention. Conducts reviews of individual member conformance to membership standards and coaches as needed. Maintains outreach to members unable to attend or participate fully in Club’s activities and also to surviving spouses, if interested in continuing contact.
